Taco Soup

Recipe from: Beverly (LA's mom)
Single Recipe

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cans (15oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
2 cans (15oz) pinto beans, undrained
2 cans (15oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can rotel tomatoes

Brown ground meat. Drain.
Stir in taco seasoning and all cans.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serves 6-8.

Extras: Serve with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
